Manufacturing Execution System

The ability of integration with external systems (ERP, SCADA, other logistics systems) allows products, components and raw materials to be tracked in each stage of their lifecycle within the plant; starting from order acceptance through manufacturing up to shipment to the recipient. Informa-tion about the manufacturing process support manage-ment based on Lean Manufacturing principles. Qguar MES is a tool dedicated mainly for manufacturing plants, where it is necessary to accurately measure pro-duction costs as well as staff and equipment efficiency. Collecting manufacturing process information supports the management based on Lean Manufacturing principles, i.e. eliminates waste and minimizes costs. It is also recom-mended for plants which use quality maintenance systems such as: HACCP, IFS and SIX SIGMA. The system collects in-formation on production process and propagates it accord-ing to defined authorizations, which allows the manage-ment to make decisions and offers the sense of security for manufacturing employees by means of access to readable and personalized information about tasks to be performed.
