ZW Teammate PDM is a data management module embedded in ZW3D, so training does not require switching to a separate tool. Participants work in an environment they already know.

The program covers:

Unlike CAD training, PDM training is not aimed at designers alone. We split it into two groups:

The engineering team receives the full program: checking documents out for editing and back in, revision management, releasing documentation, and approval workflows.
Manufacturing, procurement, quality control, and management receive a shorter session on web browser access, with no CAD license required.

The second group is the one most often skipped, and it is exactly where the fastest return appears: production stops building from outdated revisions.

For users who access data through a web browser, meaning manufacturing, procurement, quality control, and management, CAD experience is not required. Their training takes a few hours and covers search, document review, and tracking revision status.

Migration is part of the implementation, not the standard training. Our team takes it on, because it requires removing duplicates, repairing broken references between parts and assemblies, and assigning numbers to legacy files.
